Pets are permitted with a pet deposit. There is absolutely
no smoking inside the lakehouse. Utilities are included. A term lease must be signed and payments made before occupancy is
given. Linens, towels and pillows are available at a cost of $45/week. A house cleaning service is also available at $50/appt.
